How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

All orders include tracking details once dispatched.


Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (1–3 business days for Australia, 3–10 business days for International).


Are your jewellery pieces tarnish-free?

Yes. Our jewellery is 18K gold-plated, anti-tarnish, and sweatproof, and it is designed to have a long-lasting shine when cared for properly.


How can I care for my jewellery?

To maintain shine:

  • Avoid perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals
  • Store in a dry jewellery pouch
  • Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing

What if the item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry — this rarely happens. If it does:

  1. Please provide photos or videos of the unopened package.
  2. Photos of the inside box and packaging,
  3. Clear photos/videos showing the damage.

We cover the return postage for damaged-in-transit items.


Do you offer returns?

Yes, but with conditions:

Accepted

  • Size-related exchanges for juttis (customer pays return postage)
  • Faulty or damaged in-transit items (our cost)

Not Accepted

  • Change of mind
  • Earrings/ear cuffs (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or custom items.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes.
If the size you want is in stock, we're happy to exchange it or can provide store credits.
Customers pay postage both ways.


What size should I order for juttis?

Juttis can be snug at first.
If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
