Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Express International: 3-10 business days (varies by destination)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery progress with the carrier.

International Orders - Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately. For lost or damaged shipments, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
