Return Policy
We hope you like everything you get from Juttis&Jewels.
We check the quality of each item several times to make sure we send you the perfect piece safely. Once the item passes quality checks, it is put in a Juttis&Jewels shipping box and wrapped in bubble wrap to keep it safe during shipping.
If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original packaging
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and ear cuffs (hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Any change-of-mind purchases
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Juttis Size Issues
If your juttis don’t fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days, as long as:
- The item is unworn
- In original condition
Postage for size-related returns must be paid by the customer.
✔ General Exchanges
Exchanges for different styles or sizes with the same price (where applicable) are accepted only if the item is in stock.
4. Refunds
Refunds are offered only in situations where:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product arrived damaged in transit
Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items (Strict Photo Requirements)
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim quickly, the following photos/videos must be provided:
1. Photo of the outer package (UNOPENED)
- If you notice any damage at all to the parcel — even a small dent, tear, hole, crease, or crushed corner — take a clear photo before opening it.
- This helps us lodge a claim with the courier.
2. Photo/Video of the inside packaging
- After opening the package, please take a clear photo or video that shows:
o the inside of the box/mailbag,
o the original protective packaging, and
o How the item was placed inside.
3. Clear photos/videos of the actual issue
- Close-up photo or video of the damaged or faulty part
- Multiple angles if needed
- Ensure lighting is clear and the issue is visible
These pieces of evidence are required to approve replacements or refunds.
⭐ Return Shipping for Damaged Items
Juttis & Jewels will cover all return shipping costs for items damaged in transit or faulty.
For other types of returns (size exchange, wrong choice, etc.), please review our full return policy.
6. Return Shipping
- For size issues (juttis) exchanges, customers must cover the return postage.
- For faulty, incorrect, or damaged-in-transit items, Juttis & Jewels pays the return shipping.
We recommend using a traceable postal service for all returns.
7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include:
- Full name
- Order number and Date of order placed
- Item you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Photos (if faulty or damaged)

Most of the jewellery items are handcrafted, and as a result, minor imperfections are considered inherent to the workmanship and not classified as damage.
